Nourishing Breakfast Ideas Using Three Trees Plant-Based Milks

Nutrient-Packed Smoothies:

We love a quick and easy but also healthy smoothie as part of our morning routine. Blend whatever fruits you have on hand, from fresh bananas to frozen berries, and add your favorite Three Trees plant-based milk. Overnight Oats:

There are an INFINITE about of overnight oats recipes you can make, from a simple vanilla chia seed overnight oats recipe using our Vanilla Almondmilk, to getting fancy with an apple compote and peanut butter overnight oat. Some of my favorite overnight oat versions include matcha banana raspberry, classic vanilla almondmilk with a dash of vanilla extract, and coconut milk and mangoes. Our Vanilla Almondmilk is the classic base for overnight oats. You could use our Oil-Free Oatmilk too, but oatmilk with oats almost feels like cannibalism, if you know what I mean.

Cereal or Granola:

Whether you’re a make-it-from-scratch or a chuck-the-cereal-box-into-cart-and-don’t-look-back person, there is no more convenient breakfast option than cereal/granola and milk! Our Black Sesame Milk would add a unique, nutty and toasted flair to the otherwise standard breakfast cereal.

Pancakes and Waffles:
